Hartford, KY – The streets of Hartford were alive this October with ghosts, gourds, and glowing lights as residents and businesses joined in the city’s Haunt & Harvest Decorating Contest. Participants embraced the Halloween and Harvest spirit, transforming homes and storefronts into festive fall displays that captured the imagination of the entire community.
After careful judging from a panel of judges, the City of Hartford is proud to announce this year’s winners:

“It’s amazing to see how our community comes together to celebrate the season,” said event organizers. “Every display, big or small, brought joy to residents and judges alike.”
