Hartford, KY — Christmas on the Square is excited to welcome this year’s approved vendors as preparations begin for one of the community’s most beloved holiday events. Vendors who have not yet secured a space still have the opportunity to register using the official sign-up form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe2-Ueue9NYjXkU_LO0NaumLimV12r0kBse2ZTBQ9MSTvJFRA/viewform. These entries will be reviewed on November 28, 2025.
This year’s theme, Gingerbread, invites participants to embrace the festive spirit with creative, themed displays. Vendor set-up will begin at 8:00 AM, with trailer vendors encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth placement. An event map and official “approved vendor” social media graphic have been provided to all participating vendors via the submitted email address.
Christmas on the Square reminds all vendors of the following event guidelines to support a safe and family-friendly celebration:
- The Ohio County Health Department frequently visits community events; any vendor with questions regarding health requirements should contact the department directly.
- Vendors hosting raffles or similar activities are responsible for ensuring compliance with Kentucky gambling laws as regulated by the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming.
- As a family-focused event, all merchandise and displays should reflect an appropriate, family-friendly environment.
Christmas on the Square extends its appreciation to the many vendors, organizations, and community members who help create the magic of the season.
