The City of Hartford is now accepting vendor applications for October Fest 2026, a family-friendly fall event scheduled for Friday, October 23, from 3 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, October 24, from 9 am to 7 pm in Downtown Hartford, Kentucky.
Local vendors, food trucks, artisans, makers, organizations, and businesses are invited to apply to take part in this community celebration. There is no application fee and no vendor fee to participate.
Applications will be accepted through October 15, 2026. Vendors who submit applications by the early bird deadline of September 1, 2026, will receive priority consideration. A final review and acceptance will be sent after October 15.

An event map is expected to be available by October 20, 2026.
Vendor set-up will begin at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Downtown Hartford. Vendor spaces will be approximately the size of an average parking spot and should accommodate a standard 10×10 tent.
Electricity will not be available for general vendors. Food trucks may have limited access to electricity, but availability is not guaranteed. Vendors should plan accordingly. The event will be held pending weather conditions.
Because October Fest is a family-friendly event, all items sold or displayed must also be appropriate for all ages. Items featuring divisive content, strong language, graphic images, or other unsuitable material will not be permitted. Failure to comply with event requirements may result in a vendor being asked to leave.
