Last Call for Vendors – Hartford OctoberFest 2025

The City of Hartford invites vendors to join us for our annual OctoberFest celebration, taking place Friday, October 24 (4 PM – 8 PM) and Saturday, October 25 (9 AM – 6 PM) in downtown Hartford.

This is your last opportunity to apply to be a vendor at one of the region’s most anticipated fall events!

Important Vendor Information:

  • Deadline for Priority Applications: August 19, 2025
    • Accepted vendors were notified by August 22, 2025.
  • Final Deadline for Applications: September 30, 2025
    • Accepted applications will be notified by October 2, 2025.
  • Round 1 Approvals Sent: August 22, 2025
  • Round 2 (Final) Approvals To Be Sent: October 2, 2025

Vendor Requirements:

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and equipment.
  • Electricity is not guaranteed.
  • Booth spaces are approximately 10ft x 15ft.
  • Preference will be given to artisan products, boutiques, and handmade items; however, all are welcome to apply.
  • Vendors must ensure their displays are family-friendly. “Family-friendly” means no profanity, explicit language, or obscene imagery. No items or displays that promote divisive, discriminatory, or inflammatory themes will be permitted.
  • OctoberFest is designed as a welcoming community event for all ages.

Cost:

  • FREE to apply and participate.
  • Selected vendors will receive a link to select and pay for their space.
