We are excited to share our list of approved vendors for OctoberFest 2025! These businesses and organizations represent a wide range of artisan products, handmade goods, boutiques, creative crafts, delicious food, and community services—all with a focus on making this a fun, family-friendly event.
🎉 OctoberFest Event Dates:
- Friday, October 24, 2025 – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (vendors are welcome to stay throughout the musical acts which last beyond 8pm)
- Saturday, October 25, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
📋 About the Application Process:
- Applications opened July 22, 2025 and closed on September 30, 2025. Vendors completed an application highlighting the importance of providing family-friendly items and respecting event space guidelines. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and equipment. Electricity is not guaranteed for vendors as priority will be given to food trucks. Spaces are approximately 10 ft. x 15 ft.
Vendors can begin to set-up at 1pm on October 24. Event maps will be provided in 2-weeks. - If you are an approved vendor and have the email, your only job is to show up! Thank you!
