The City of Hartford is now accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Christmas on the Square, a holiday community event that will bring food, shopping, festive activities, and Christmas cheer to downtown Hartford.
Christmas on the Square will take place on December 12, 20226 from 10am to 3pm CST in downtown Hartford on the Square. The event will feature food trucks, market vendors, free ice skating and more!
Vendor space is limited, and applications will be reviewed to help ensure a variety and quality of offerings for attendees. Vendors may apply online HERE.
Applications will be reviewed for priority vendors beginning October 1st. However, applications will be accepted through November 15 and reviewed at that time. Approved vendors will receive additional information about setup, such as arrival instructions, to the email address provided in the application. There is no application fee. There is no vendor fee. Only communicate with events@hartfordky.org or Facebook.com/HartfordKY – there will be no private accounts asking for information or fees for this event.
Community members are encouraged to mark their calendars and attend Christmas on the Square to enjoy holiday shopping, local food, seasonal displays, and a festive downtown atmosphere.
